Incheoch Granary
Incheoch Granary is a charming, subtle conversion of a historic grain store. Furnished to a very high standard and boasting superb countryside views from large picture windows.
A spacious and welcoming living area perfect for spending time with friends and family. There is an adjoining games barn housing the BBQ, outdoor seating, pool table, table tennis and darts for your entertainment. A couple of kid’s bikes are available to keep younger visitors entertained.
Ground floor
As you enter through a large utility room with a pulley for drying facilities you find an attached cloak/shower-room. This leads to a spacious open-plan living area with floor to ceiling windows and French doors leading onto an enclosed patio with sweeping views across peaceful farmland. A well-equipped farmhouse style kitchen/dining room gives way to a relaxed seating area around an enclosed green energy fireplace. A separate sitting-room with television can provide a sanctuary and includes a sofa-bed if additional accommodation if required.
The ground floor has oak-flooring throughout with under-floor heating. No shoes required on those chilly winter days!
First Floor
The open-tread stairway has fixed stair-gates at the top and bottom. On the landing is a chaise lounge alongside the picture window, an ideal retreat to relax and enjoy a good book from the well-stocked library. The master bedroom has magnificent views from the large picture window – the main feature of the room. There is an en-suite bathroom with a power-shower in this room.
Across the landing are a further two bedrooms and family bathroom. The first room is a light and airy twin room, the second has the option of a large ‘emperor’ bed or two singles. The large family bathroom has an extra-long bath for relaxing after a long day enjoying the countryside, and a separate power-shower – there’s always plenty of hot water with the green-energy stove.

Arrival and Departure Information
The property will be ready from 3pm on the day of arrival, and we request that you leave by 10am on the day of departure, to give us time to carefully prepare between lets.
In-keeping with our ethos of farming in harmony with the environment, both holiday lets are heated with renewable wood-pellet boilers which give a generous supply of hot-water and heat. Water is from our private bore-hole (independently accredited annually), and is powered by the farm’s micro wind-turbine.
